Babson Capital’s External Client Services group seeks to maintain industry “best practices” by focusing on innovation, quality and, most importantly, client satisfaction:
- Consistently maintains strong primary and special servicing ratings1.
- Provides operational, accounting, and reporting support to an array of investors
- Performs third party servicing for public CMBS transactions, Agency and Institutional clients
The External Client Services group provides investment services to 25 clients representing $2.1 billion in assets managed and serviced.2
