REFG's five regional offices provide: Low Leverage Loans For loans with 65% loan-to-value ratio or less, we offer competitive pricing and flexible terms. Multi-Property Portfolios We offer creative solutions to meet the unique needs of these borrowers including release and substitution approaches. We have extensive experience ranging in size and type from portfolios of office properties to hotels and self-storage facilities. Our experience and platform of regional offices ensures reliability and rapid execution of these deals. A/B Structures For opportunistic loans requiring additional proceeds, we can structure a B piece with a flexible blend of accelerated amortization and multiple fundings. These structures can combine fixed rate and floating rate funds to provide further flexibility. Bridge Loans When fast turnaround is required to seize an opportunity, we can provide efficient bridge debt. Extension options or permanent financing options can be built into such a transaction for further flexibility.
