Mortgage Loan Servicing

The Real Estate Finance Group delivers mortgage loan servicing through specialized groups of dedicated professionals with extensive experience. Team members work with each borrower to build an on going relationship for servicing their loan.

• The Home Office Servicing Team assists in the loan closing process, system and file set-up, as well as handles standard servicing matters and loan payoffs.
  
  
• The Tax, UCC and Insurance Team works closely with borrowers to handle their escrowed tax and insurance payments, the monitoring of non-escrowed taxes and insurance, escrow analyses and UCC continuations.
  
  
• Regional Office Servicing Analysts are located in each of our five offices, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Newport Beach, CA, Washington, D.C. and Springfield, MA. They are responsible for monitoring loan covenants, handling borrower's special requests and performing all components of our loan review process, including property inspections, financial statement analyses, valuations and quality ratings.
  
  
• The Special Servicing group handles defaults and enforcement through workouts, restructures, foreclosures and bankruptcies; assisting them is a dedicated staff of in-house legal, engineering and valuation services.
