External Client Service

State of the art accounting and loan management systems are the foundation of our infrastructure, allowing us to service highly complex, structured transactions (e.g. senior-subordinate loans, loan participations and mezzanine loans).

We provide a single point of contact for investors for all administrative, accounting, servicing, asset management and investor reporting needs.

The External Client Service group focuses on innovation, quality and most importantly client satisfaction.

• We are rated "Above Average" by both S&P and Fitch as a Primary and Special Servicer.
• We provide operational, accounting and reporting support for real estate investment funds and companies who wish to invest in commercial mortgage loans.
• We perform third party servicing for public CMBS transactions, Agency and Institutional clients.

The External Client Service group provides services to 32 clients representing $3.2 billion in assets as of December 31, 2007.
