Temporary positions are considered on an as-needed basis. Typically these are filled by temporary associates hired through vendors with whom Babson Capital has established relationships.

Some employees may be considered for flexible work arrangements (FWAs). FWAs are agreed upon work hours (or work locations) that differ from the standard five-day, 40-hour workweek. Managers and employees enter into FWAs based on meeting business needs. FWAs include flex time, compressed work weeks, part-time workweeks, telecommuting and job-sharing.

Yes. Babson Capital offers undergraduate internships for both the summer and school year. The number of internships and the departments where they are offered vary based on business need. Qualified students are hired as general interns, typically between their freshman and junior years in college. To be a general intern, students must demonstrate a academic record of a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) or greater, previous employment experience and involvement in extracurricular activities.
